Item description:

This save game was made in Chapter 6 just before the point of no return in the sewers. Turn around and teleport up: go left for the final collectible and Lore Keeper if you don't have it, or follow the blood trail to the right and face the final battle, which should be a piece of cake, considering you are a fully maxed up Level 50. Then play through Chapter 7 to get Not Even Once.

You are also free to roam around and mop up whatever trophies you need (btw, the plant has been watered, you only have to wait for it).
