You will spawn on a platform with zombies below you. Pick up Isabella with Circle and carry her to the left side and up a set of stairs, pull the lever to open the door. Pick her up again and head down the stairs and to the right and head straight for the vehicle and press circle to get in.

During this part press square to shoot and shoot the green flashing lights above the tank wheels and that little turret thing that pops up and points a green laser at you. Once you're done this, it's time for the hand to hand combat fight. Just punch the boss once or twice and that's it! Skip or watch the cutscene for the "Unbreakable" and "Infinity Mode" Trophies
