I originally beat the game when it first came out like 10 times to get the trophy. Apparently it was glitched and I had to delete my save and restart so I hope this helps someone who doesn't want to go through the same hell I did to finish it a total of 14 times.

Load the save and choose to hang out with Gregg. You will be choosing from three robot heads in the grocery store pick the rabbit head. After you finish hanging out with Gregg you will be back at your house and the last journal entry will unlock and the Seriously trophy should follow.
