Level related trophies: load the save (I'm at level 4), open up the Character Menu and go to Level Up. The game will ask you to increase Magicka, Health or Stamina. It'll work regardless of your choice, just keep increasing your level by choosing one of them. By doing this step, you will unlock all Level related trophies.

Skill Master: load the save and let the Skeleton beat your ass until you level your Heavy Armor up. You have a Restoration magic equipped, so you'll just have to heal from his attacks. This step takes less than a minute.
