Enjoy this save file which is done on hard difficulty AT the main boss fight. Just continue NEW GAME PLUS and you should get the trophy for completing the game on hard and completing on NG+
Once you finish the fight, do the side mission for Mr. Freeze and you should also get the trophy for all gadgets and upgrades. Not sure if it will pop any other trophies.

for me it popped ng+ after beating clayface got twice nighty trophy ( i already beat it on easy)
