You Better Start Running - Escape from the Baker family home.
Go up the nearby stairs, through the door and talk to Zoe, to trigger the Jack boss fight.
Defeat Jack by focusing your damage on every one of his glowing eyes until you destroy them all.
You have infinite ammo plus tons of first aids [R1], so you should have little trouble beating him.
Carry on the story after beating Jack, use the cure on either of the girls.
Trophy will pop as soon you control Mia.
