After The Cutscene, go right
You will have a convo cutscene with Bouruth
(I selected "Thank You" choice)

Run as far north (LS UP) as you can until you
see an ostrich with an interaction point
Interact with it (Press X)

NOTE:
It's the same ostrich from the tent that you had to
pet twice. Pet it a third and final time to unlock....
