Item description:

Go down both of flight of stairs to your left
Once down, stay on same side and go around
the seats on your left (Kate's actual right side)
(You'll be at the back of the seating area)
You will find another flight of stairs, go down them,
and go down the next ones in front of you,
then ascend the small flight of stairs and move towards
the Icebreaker control panel in the center of the catwalk

Interact with it (Press /\) to begin a puzzle

NOTE:
You have to turn on the Icebreakers in one go (for Trophy)

Pull off the glass cover on the button,
Turn the wheel as far left as you can to connect
the pipe down here to the ice breaking machine

Push the red button, and then grab the "joystick"
on the left and push it into the 1st gear

Pull the lever down

Switch to 3rd gear, and then quickly to 2nd gear

If you did all this correctly....
the icebreakers will begin to work
