Go in one of the doors

Once inside, go slightlty past the paintings on the wall,
(Note: A Painting is on each wall of the staircases)
and you can either turn left or right to go up one of the
stair cases to the upper deck and go directly up the next
staircase to the Bridge

Press X at ignition key hole on the control panel
