"Breaking The Lore" Retrieve all CELL Intel Achievement

This is my personal save I used no mod's, trainers or starter saves

All you need to do its load my save resume game and you'll find yourself on mission 2 welcome to the jungle, work your way outside and when outside run straight forward as far as you can go jumping over the destroyed vehicles and when at the bottom turn right and you'll see a building and near the door is a propaganda poster this is the very last collectible "intel" you must press up on the controller D-Pad to scan the poster for the achievement to pop. If your having trouble finding the poster here check the video and skip to 4:00mins

Here is my save from Batman Arkham City for Xbox 360

Since I lost my Xbox 360 saves I had to replay the game on hard again.
This save is the complete story mode on Hard difficulty.
All Riddler Trophies and Challenges are collected/unlocked.
Total Progression 71%

Catwoman is unlocked and used in the story mode.
Various Batsuits are also used (shouldn't matter).
