This save makes Blackhall Manor in Point Lookout into a player house. I have not added any extra weapons, armor, or other items like that, this is purely a player house. I have almost completely re-done the inside and have added alot to the outside to make it feel more homey. All the essentials are there, Bed, Workbench, infirmary, Chem set, and lots of other things.
