Can anyone get this to work? I download it but once I extract it, PS4 Save Wizard says the file is empty, anyone know how to fix or what i'm doing wrong?

I've seen this save in other forums claiming that we need to jump through hoops to get it working, If you have such an in depth understanding of the process can you re-upload a more user friendly version of the save? Sorry if it sounds like I'm tossing shade, just not a fan of jumping through hoops to accomplish what can be done as part of a basic process.
