Go to Savewizard.net get the product and use that to re-sign the system save. thats wat i did

I was wondering the same thing. I think he means all the achievements are unlocked on this system save, and if you want to unlock then yourself, use the system save, get everything, save your game and then put your old system save back to be able to unlock things again, but I'm not sure. I'd like some clarification on this too.

I think you're correct. When I out my System Save back I noticed bobble heads I hadn't collected were appearing, but all the points and unlocks still remained.
