1.Use OpenIV to navigate to GTA5\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and replace stalion2.yft and stalion2_hi.yft
2.Use OpenIV to navigate to GTA5\update\update.rpf\common\data and extract your handling.meta file then edit with notedpad and find your STALION2 data then copy and paste the paragraph below over it.
