Item description:

Virtually Impossible:

For this achievement save you only need to beat the last mission, Variety 3 MGS1 Snake.
Go to Missions (load), Select Snake (MSG1)/VR Missions/Variety Mode/Level 3.
Heres a walkthrough:

Survival Round 1
Pick up every item featured in the level.
The enemy is cloaked, so use the thermal goggles to easily locate the soldier's heat signature.

Survival Round 2
Head to your left and hide behind the blocks.
Activate the first person view, equip the USP and remain here until soldiers enter your current position.
Use head shots for instant kills.
The soldiers maneuvering throughout the level can be picked off easily with the M9.
PSG1-T can also be used for precision shots against the soldiers located in the higher platforms.

Survival Round 3
Use the stun grenades on the tengu ninjas.
wait until they are assembled around you to take out as many at once
(3 is recommended since you are extremely limited with the supply of stun grenades.)
Use the M9 on the standard soldiers.

Survival Round 4
Use the M4 and fire upon the 4 targets moving around Genola's head.
Hide behind the blocks just before he begins to sneeze
(if you're out in the open, you will lose all your health, even if you have a full bar.)
Continue to use this tactic until the bucket held up by the targets falls on his head.
Another alternative you can use requires your stinger missiles.
Target the wall directly behind Genola. This will reveal a series of hidden targets.
Once you've destroyed them all, Gurlugon will appear and face off against Genola.
