The game is complete with gold in all races (no dlc).
I'm lvl 125 with 1 400 000 and lot of cars unlocked.
So just by doing one race in each category you can get a lot of trophies, but be carefull if you care about timestamps because lot of them pop in the same time!
I don't know how many trophies you can get with this save, so if you use this save please leave a comment here to tell us what trophy pop.

This unlocks all trophies, except for the few that requires specific wins and other things. You have to do each of the Showdowns to get all the Trophies though.
Unlocks Level 50 and 99 Trophy.
Unlocks "Beat all races" (you have to win any race)
Unlocks Showdown trophies (you have to win each Showdown)
Unlocks Content Tracker (you have to purchase a car)
Unlocks Around The World (upon start of a Race and driving)
