You will spawn in the restroom holding a novelty mask, Head out of the area and place the mask on the zombie and shoot him to make it fall off and repeat. On the other hand you can go to the "Child's Play" store near you and there will be more masks. Place the masks (Press Square near a zombie) for the "Costume Party" Trophy. (Place 10 Masks) Again just like the umbrella save the count of masks I placed on zombies reset everytime I loaded the game.....weird. Thankfully there is only one more "count reset" problem...
