Story, Chapter 5:

Graduate:

Load this save & you’ll in your dorm room. The final mission awaits, “Complete Mayhem”. All you need to do is play through this last mission.

You’ll start out talking to Lola. She’ll tell you to find Russell. Once you have Russell the two of you will go back to the school. Gary will have four faction leaders, with groups of three enemies from every clique at each spot. I chose to go to the Girls Dorm last, due to not having to run far to find a soda machine to be able to replenish my health. In there, you’ll fight the greasers with Johnny.

Afterwards you’ll go into the main halls of the school, & Gary will show his face. You will chase him up & along the scaffolding of the school. All the way to the top, you will eventually reach some bells. This is where the fighting will actually start. You can start the fight by getting closer to him. You’ll fight over top some scaffoldings, & they will break lower & lower, until you crash through the Principals roof. Once the mission ends, you’ll earn “Graduate”.

After the cutscenes, & credits you’ll be given “Endless Summer”, which will be in the next save, basically Chapter 6. But there aren’t any main story missions, just miscellaneous tasks, like side missions.
