Achieve 100% Synchronization in all Sequences.

Revelations
Complete DNA Sequence 9.

just interact with the apple of eden. a cutscene will start and both trophys pop during the cutscene.

with the second save u can get alot more trophies Smile again choose story mode from the main menu. you can do them in any order u want. when you spawn in the map this trophy will pop automaticly after ~2 minutes

Armchair General
Control all cities (except Rhodes) simultaneously in the Mediterranean Defense game.

The Mentor
Have seven trainees reach the rank of Master Assassin.

A Friend Indeed
Complete all Faction Creed Challenges from a single faction.

on the map u'll see a master assassin mission symbol. do this mission (it's easy and short ) and both trophys will pop.
you don't have to do the 100% objective.

Collect all available books.

by the last book from the book store then enter the hidden tomb in the Hagia Sofia and trophy will pop. then complete
the tomb to get the following trophy:

Holy Wisdom
Complete the Hagia Sofia challenge level.

Loot 50 dead guards with thief looting.

loot ~15 more guards.

Have 10 guards poisoned at the same time.

you have the bomb u need in your inventary.

Mouse Trap
Kill 5 guards with a scaffold after they have been stunned by caltrops.

self explaining. it's just a matter of locating some guards and leading them to some scaffolding.
Deploy your bomb once the guards are standing beside one and they'll hop around grabbing their feet.
Bring down the scaffold on top of them, by either using your hookblade and pulling it down with circle button,
or you can grab a guard and throw them at the scaffold, although only guards who are killed by it while stunned
will count, so the one you throw won't. For an easier time in luring them near scaffolds, consider using cherry
bombs while remaining silent. Once you kill a total of 5 from repeating this process you will get the trophy.

Craft Maniac
Craft 30 bombs.

you can just craft and dismantle the same 3 bombs over and over again. Fill in the type of shell, gunpowder,
and effect to whatever you want. Craft it, then dismantle it. You will gain back your supplies which won't use
up any of your material. Repeat this as enough times as you need and once you've made 30, the trophy pops.

Almost flying
Parachute directly from the top of the Galata Tower to the golden horn.

Monster's dance
Have a guard incapacitate 3 civilians while he's poisoned.

go to the main menu and choost The Lost Archive and continue the story. u'll start at chapter 7

go for this trophy first

Cross Styx without dying
Make it across the river Styx without failing (The Lost Archive).

you can make it faster to the styx if u take this shortcut: AC: Revelations SHORTCUT "Cross Styx without Dying" Lost Archives DLC - YouTube
also it's not possible to make a save for it since u allways start at chapter 7 and not at the
end of the styx.

after u got that play through the level, look at minute 08:03 of this video: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
for the last location. you'll get

Find all Pieces
Find all of the decipher fragments (The Lost Archive).

after that complete the level and you get

The Loop
Experience the loop (The Lost Archive).

now you need to restart Memory 5. You'll notice a new cut-scene during the intro showing a new bridge
waiting for you at the very end of the level. Play through the whole level again, and when you get to the end
take the new bridge which leads left off to a previously inaccessible doorway. This will "break the loop" and
you get the trophie:
