Turn around and go straight ahead, up the stairs/steps
and continue straight ahead
Turn right and go straight ahead
(You will see the Pandemonium garage on you right-side)
and continue straight forward, and you will see the
Collapse Memorial (statue fountain) in front of you
go straigt ahead, and continue down the alley (The Shuk)

A cutscene will trigger as you get closer to the confrontation.
(You're given the choice to basically interfere with the
confrontation and stop the fight or stay out of it completely.)
Chose Interfere (time limited).
Walk closer to Mr. London to automatically interfere with the confrontation.
Walk towards Baruti.
Interact with Baruti.
Select Go home. (Makoya! trophy will pop)
