Item description:

Butcher - Perform 200 Glory Kills (Make several glory kills and it'll pop)
Momentum Shift - Upgrade a Rune (Press touchpad and look for rune section, there should be 1 rune which is almost complete. Need to check what rune exactly to write it here)
Rip and Tear - Glory Kill all common enemy types in the campaign. (1 or 2 enemy are missing for trophy, if I remember it's Pinky and Possessed Soldier; Need confirmation).
