This save starts right after you get to Wellsprings. You have max everything that I could buy at that time. Max money, max ammo for every gun, max ingredients, and max racing certificates. Rehash and resign with Horizon and enjoy. Big thanks to Dorkusrex and Oscar193 for helping me make this save.
Edit: I uploaded a better save with max pop rockets, fat mammas, lock grinders, homing missiles, sentry turrets, and sentry bots.
