Features of the skin:
Weird Green thing on the back is gone.
Blood drenched flesh and cloth has a shine to it.
Very HL2 styled.
As far as the headcrab goes, I just made it bloodier around where it touches the body. I couldn't make a more HL2-ish texture for that, so I just made it make a bit more sense. I've ported the actual HL2 model for both zombies and the plain headcrab, but ports aren't allowed, except from certain producers, so... yeah.
