This is a map i made for zombie survival mode on garrys mod but im sure it can be used for many other game modes too. It has headcrab cannisters that crash into the map when the wave starts. Has human and zombie spawn points, good barricading places with sufficient physics props for barricading. No place is perfect for cading, though there are windows and holes in the roof in every building.

note:
i noticed it lags a bit when you look at it on a certain angle in a few places, but this only happened on g-mod, when i played it on hl2 it worked fine and people have told me it doesn't do this with them, so i'm unsure if you will get this lag too. but the lagginess isn't too bad if you do get it, not enough to stop you killing the zombies anyway.

the water will kill you it has those little creatures that eat you. the windows are unbreakable but poison zombies should be able to throw their goo through them, same with poison headcrabs. If you break all the wooden boards on the windows all at once it will probably go slow, it does for me anyway.
