Folder 1 - "Mixed"
I'm not sure which save is which, but heres what todo:
Save with chainsaw - Chainsaw the Imp in front of you for "20 Kills With A Chainsaw" & "Find A Secret Area of The map"
Save with fists - Kill any 2 enemies( Sorry its not one, but its on easy, shouldnt be hard) to get "20 Kills with Berserk"
Save with switch - Press for either "Clear a level on Nightmare" or "Kill all monster, pick up all items & find all secrets"
Save with switch - Press for either "Clear a level on Nightmare" or "Kill all monster, pick up all items & find all secrets"
(In folder the "BFG")Save with BFG - Duh . Pick up the BFG to get "Get a BFG"

Folder 2 - "Clear Doom II Hell on Earth"
Copy your ID's, Rehash & Resign. Load up the save, level should just end

Folder 3 - "Clear Doom II No Rest For The Living + More"

Save 0 = Kill a cyberdemon with your fists. This might be hard, you have to hit the cyberdemon once more to get the achievement
I tried saving as I hit him, but diddnt work. Just run up and hit him. Best of luck
