Yes. They are the Panda Corps., and they are an elite team of counter-terrorists who are gifted with both incredible combat skills and what are arguably the cutest uniforms ever seen on the planet. The Panda Corps. - they're looking after YOU.
Darkened versions of the default CTs with some damn sexy panda logos. As simple as this edit may be, it took me quite a while - it's damn hard to compensate for the texture warping that occurs when the textures are placed on the models.
