Simple, put your profile onto a flashdrive, open up horizon, inject the game save in the download into horizon, click your profile for the gamesave to officially be named under your profile. Then put the flashdrive back into the xbox, delete the left 4 dead 2 title update, boot up game, hit cancel to update, start a solo game, and when you are able to move hit the back button on your controller.

I finally got this to work so it is CONFIRMED WORKING AS OF 1/22/2013 but the only way I got it to work was by removing the update for the game then just loaded it up then started up single player and the achievements started popping up without me clicking anything other than start. btw: I've never heard of anyone being banned for gaining achievements by using a gamesave, you're not actually editing your profile to for GS. You are just getting GS through a GAMESAVE just like you normally would when your playing.

What 3 files? Theres only two files included; a user settings one and a file with no size (weird).

um i dont get the 1000g files don't you get banned if you get all those achievements at once??
