This is a skin in Counter-Strike 1.6 That has orange stripes with white and black fills and The X in the Mega Man X logo sprite on the top it is in a file called V_knife I might update it with a W_knife for 3rd person spectating the gloves also have the same X on them while the fingers for some reason turned green when I edited them in paint so yeah enjoy green fingers but the arm skin stays the same so that's all and thank you
