i need a new avatar can anyone make me one if so then here's the info

background;black then on top of that i want a spining hemp leaf/ganja leaf
flash;i want the outline of the leaf to switch colours black,green fast motion
text;under the weed leaf make a text saying SKEEM in a graffiti font
movement;if possible can you make it spin or rotate in 3d
ive made this post before but no1 reply'd
