Treyarch is on the ball at getting stuff patched, IW is slow and like to take their time. IW makes better games in my opinion, There's nothing like Treyarch's Nazi Zombies though so I think they are about even.

I agree. IW needs to step it up with patches

I think Treyarch is better in Graphics wise, and online play. But campaign I got to say IW.
But like you said above, Zombies (:
