For trickshot team:

Must be able to hit 360's quite often
Mix it up, not silentshot 30 all the time when you could pull a top spin or moonwalk..
Must have a mic.

For competitive team:

Be able to beat me in 1v1
Must have a headset.
Must be able to quickscope... Wink
