How to Remove RSA Checks on a Black Ops XeX
By Twis7eD of InsomniacGamerZ.net

This tutorial will teach you how to remove RSA checks/cheat protection on a Call of Duty: Black Ops Default_mp.xex so that you can mod the patch_mp.ff file and be able to play the mods on your JTAG or development kit.

Requirements:
Dwack's Black Ops TU4 XeX Patcher
An original default_mp.xex that came in the Black Ops ISO(Exclusive only, download the ISO if you have to. I can't post it)
The newest Black Ops TU(TU4 at the time of writing this tutorial)
Xorloser's XexTool

1. Follow steps 1-12 in this tutorial. Make sure that you are using TU4 to patch to your default_mp.xex or else the XeX Patcher won't work for it or something else might screw up.

2. Once you have patched your TU4 to your default_mp.xex, you're going to want to open up command prompt if you don't already have it open. To open Command Prompt, go to Start > Run > type "CMD" (without quotes).
Click this bar to view the full image.

3. Now that command prompt is open, we need to open XexTool in it. To do this, find where you saved XexTool to.
This image has been resized. Click this bar to view the full image. The original image is sized 884x741.

4. Now we're going to need to drag the XexTool.exe into command prompt. To do this, just put the folder where you saved XeXTool to side by side with command prompt and drag XexTool.exe into command prompt. Once you have done that, command prompt should look something like this:
This image has been resized. Click this bar to view the full image. The original image is sized 677x345.

5. Now you should already somewhat understand how XexTool works after patching your TU4 to your default_mp.xex, so this should be easy. What you are going to want to do is put the default_mp.xex in an easy place to find. I put it in a folder called s located on my Desktop. I suggest you do something similar.

6.Now type the following command in Command Prompt. Replacing the letter of your drive and the User and anything else that is necessary.
Code:
-eu -cu C:\Users\CharLzarD\Desktop\s\default_mp.xex This image has been resized. Click this bar to view the full image. The original image is sized 678x343.

Make sure that you don't type in CharLzarD or C: as the letter of your hard disc or else it won't find the file. Also make sure to point it to the correct folder. If your file isn't in a folder called s on your Desktop, then XexTool isn't going to find the file.

7. Once you have done all that, press enter. You should end up with this:
This image has been resized. Click this bar to view the full image. The original image is sized 681x345.

If you get an error, then you did something wrong. Probably typed the file path wrong. Check what you typed again and make sure it is exactly the same as what I typed.

8. Now open up the TU4 XeX Patcher after you have finished with XexTool. It should look similar to this:

9. Click on the Open XeX File button. Search for the default_mp.xex that we patched with title update 4 and decrypted and decompressed.

10.When you have the XeX open in Dwack's xeX Patcher, it should look similar to this:

11. Now just click the Patch File button and it will remove the RSA checks for you. You should see something similar to this once you have clicked the button:

It will just say that it is done. That means that everything was successful and that the RSA checks were removed.

Congratulations, you have now modded/removed the RSA checks on the Default_mp.xex for Black Ops to allow you to mod the patch_mp.ff and play mods on your JTAG or development kit. To test out the default_mp.xex, just replace the non modded one on your Xbox 360 storage device and then get a modded TU4 Patch_mp.ff and see if it works.
