When i used redsn0w it completely  up my iPod, I would suggest blackra1n to be safe, or witer something to create your own firmware and restore i from the new firmware made

This is easy, happens to mine all the time.
I take it your using a 3g?

If so just run blackra1n again, and then if it gets stuck at the blackra1n picture on your itouch... run it again and wait. It will go off the Blackra1n screen once your battery is fully charged.

And if your Itouch is 3g, once is jailbroken DO NOT turn it off. It is fine if you turn it off but when you turn it back on it will go back to the system restore mode, then you just have to run blackra1n again, usually twice. that's why this happens to me allot, because my friends always turn it off after messing with it.

Hope I helped, goodluck. =]
