so basically i wanted to show one of my mates the thing that i was selling of my old xbox and then when i hit video call (on windows live messenger) it just comes up a pic of a flower so i need a bit of help its a built in web cam and the computer is a toshiba portable computer... can any tell me how to fix this??

delete and re add your friend and also log in and out of msn again
