You need to have the url to the picture. Meaning it has to be a picture on the internet that meets the size requirements.

When finding a picture, make sure the link ends in .gif, .jpeg, or .png

Those are the few I can think of but there are many more. If you still need help PM me and I can help you do it through Teamviewer.

hey i know my friend had the same problem he was stupid and he had 2 http:// just delet one and there you go
