but you can get scammed on ebay, specially with computer files... they could just make off with your money and you may or may not be reimburse by ebay, but there's no way they can get the money back from him if he transfer it to his bank asap. all that will happen is they lock his paypal with it neg and he get bad like 3 point off his credit for 7 years.

most of the time ebay reimburses you if you dont get what you paid for but that becomes a tricky situation when dealing with computer files

its not an "oh well"... but they are limited with what they can do... with computer file, its tricky... they person that sold you it can say you dont know how to use it cause it worked perfectly for them...

but ebay is forced to deal with what ever banking situation you used when you sign up with them...

Im going to say paypal, because thats what most people use

okay, so ebay is force to deal with paypal if a transaction goes wrong. paypal is reliable for your actions, so if ebay says you scammed one of their buyers paypal has to reimburse them so they can repay their buyer. If you transfer the money out of your paypal acc asap before anyone mentions anything about a scam you have a good chance of it getting to your bank before paypal puts a hold on it. if you get the money out of the paypal account before that the only thing that happens is the account goes negative...

paypal only has 2 options... trick you into giving them permission to go into your account to get the money back or report you to a credit bureau.

sure, paypal has you banking info on file but so do creditors, the thing is they cant go into your banking account and take money out without your permission, the only agency that can put their hands in your money without your permission is the irs and child support... YOU NEVER WANT TO F**K AROUND WITH THEM... SERIOUSLY, NEVER F**K THEM

If you ever took a class on credit management, you would know that being reported to a credit bureau is only like a 3-7 point loss on your credit score, and most debt only last on record for like 7 years... its like not paying you credit card off,

you will just end up with some guy named Bob calling you everyday for 7 years telling you how you can clean your credit score and how you have an outstanding balance with paypal you need to fix...
