well when i try to run any RSPS this pops up

if your running on vista, u must have your administator logged in and go to your control panel, from there search cmp and click "enable for all users". then boom you should have that message come with another one if u havent pf'ed or cant host right cuz ur new to rsps. i would advise seeking a coder or someone who can help you over teamveiwer to help you create your very own private server
