Um there have been patches to maps that alter it that you can't see that have happened without a patch download.

Like to fix glitches a lot in World at War didn't require the downloading of a patch even though the glitches somehow got fixed. The most memorable to me was on Der Riese there used to be a glitch where you could sit in the back of one of the teleporters and it would start to skip rounds also, on black ops multiplayer maps such as Summit they have added invisible barriers to fix some out of map glitches just because you can't see an alter to a map doesn't mean they aren't happening.

You never know developers have gotten a lot smarter and you obviously dont understnd how the codes work do you...
All they have to do is add a patch which makes a previous hidden code work. Its only about one line long. Thats not gonna take a whole lot of memory.

it will probably take like a mb of memory but its not going to happen just because thats not it works also hidden code? wtf when you look at code you cant hide them unless they are encrypted but they are still there right next to easter egg code but there isnt any ALSO the easter egg is done.
