What you will need.
A computer
Xbox.com
An account
A Gamertag you wish to spam.

Step 1
Go to xbox.com and sign in.

Step 2
Click on "Send A Message"
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Step 3
Get the gamertag you want to spam and what you want it to say.. (;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Step 4
Click "Send" as many times as you can, you only get a limited time to do this so make sure you do it fast.

Step 5
Listen to your friends as they moan at you. ;D
