NOTE!: I got a system update but didnt receive any of the futures mentioned.
it may work whenever the us get it. none of my freinds have had to update.
so all i have to say is leave it a while if it still doesnt work then close this post.
Description

* Adds multi-language voice commands for Kinect.
* Adds Hulu Plus as an app download via Xbox Live. The service will be available for U.S Xbox Live Gold Members only.[2]
* Avatar Kinect. Allowing players to scan their face in real-time to match with their avatar.
* Updates Netflix to include Kinect capabilities.
* YouTube app.

it takes AGES to download btw im like 90% way through.
