so i was thinking, its defo not a jtag, no way eaton coded a new rebooter in 2 hours, im kinda on the iso thing(which TTGxL96SNIPES thought of but now its apperently common knowledge), but heres what i think
maybe he uses a hidden xex which appears to be signed, appears to be not modded or coded differently and the rsa checks out and it appears to be regualer code. but its double coded so that it actually is unsigned code, kinda like that cygnos theory except with xexs. imagine being able to switch codes instantly in a way. as in he gets online on mw2 while running signed code,but then swithces over to the unsigned code,but its hidden somehow to appear as signed code. so you know how you use abgx360 to stealth patch a iso? well maybe theres a way to "stealth patch" unsigned code
and if the unsigned code appears to be signed code, it will run on a non jtag xbox. now im not talking about forging signatures or something like that, im talking about a double coded file with the unsigned code posing as signed code. if you think about it, it makes sense.
So what do you think??

2. basiclly im saying Eaton uses a xex that appears to be signed non modded code, but it is actually modded

I agree but if you think about it could work but one of the main theories is that he used a devkit to extract all the files into tiny bits then he changed the code to host lobbies and then burnt it onto an iso and just uses it in his retail xbox so it looks like a normal copy of the game when infact the files have changed
