First off, lets agree that brown teeth are a turn OFF for many people. Am I correct?


Start Brushing Your Teeth The Right Way


-Use a softer tooth brush.

-Refrain from using medium or hard tooth brushes.

-Brush longer.

-Instead of brushing for 1-2 minutes, brush for 2-4 minutes.

-Any tooth paste will make your teeth whiter.

-But making them whiter quicker, use baking soda or a toothpaste with baking soda in it.


Make Your Own Toothpaste


Mix Baking Soda with water until it becomes paste like. Then, place it on your toothbrush and brush away!

Your teeth will get brighter and brighter each time you do this.


Mouthwashes


-Listerine makes you have fresher breath

-Tastes good

-Kills backteria

-Burns which means it's working

-Can't swallow

Peroxide

-Tastes bad

-Kills backteria

-No burn, but it foams, which means it's working

-Can't swallow


Flossing



- Decreased chance of getting gum disease.

- Better Breath

- Removes Plaque

- Polish Teeth


Preventing Brown Teeth



- Don't chew tobbacco

- Don't drink a whole lot of pop/cola without brushung after

- Don't smoke cigarettes/ Black n' Milds

it does work it taste's nasty but it works also if you have dandruff you can make baking soda shampoo and it takes the dandruff away

Yes, baking soda works! It might sound stupid but search that on the internet and you'll find that baking soda is good for you teeth.
