Ok so what i am planing on doing with my computer is:

Recording while playing minecraft
and playing runescape on max
Minecraft with render on so what of max

Now can you tell me will i be able to do that while running smoothly
If not can you tell me what would
BUDGET 500$ DESK TOP UNLESS YOU FIND SOMETHING BETTER UNDER 500$

Sure why not? You can do that.. You might have a slowness issue.

You should be able to run that smoothly. If not I would bump up your ram.
