Get the map packs for free off the marketplace you will not get banned for this
1.Load up call of duty

2.go to multiplayer menu

3.click on store (if store is not there click xbox live or sign in)

4.click first strike map pack.

5.click confirm purchase or download

6.as you see the loading sign come up press the xbox button

7.it will minimise then click the xbox button and scroll to active downloads(LEFT LEFT)

8.then hover over the first strike on pending and click clear storage or space what ever its is

9.it will bring you to the your memory devices click hardrive or usb then call of duty check to see if first strike is there it will be incomplete if it is not there start again if it is
10.go back to active downloads while still in memory and wait for it to finnish ;)
