i like the spartans but i dont have recon so i use the elites but i still think that the elites are pretty cool, and also how do u change your picture on this because i am new

Your Account --> Update Profile --> Enter an URL with a picture on it.

I prefer Spartans because they dont look mutated and they look cooler. I dont play Halo much so its probably bad choice...
