Ok, I just got my ps3 a couple minutes ago... The current version of it is 3.40, Its asking me to update to 3.56, but is there anyway I can go to 3.55 instead. I have the official 3.55 firmware on my desktop. Help anyone??

ya downloadd 3.55 put it on a usb and insatll via media device hope this helped

make a file that says PS3 and inside that folder make a folder called UPDATE and then inside that put the firmware 3.55
