i think the way to do it is is solid proof like maybe a video with you un the date and your jtags and the boxes you'll ship them in and after that you get some good customers that vouch for you and especially maybe an awesome a mod or maybe even an admina nd then contact the sectional mod and maybe he could give you a sticky

I think you only can buy a sticky for the tenth lobby section. if you need help, PM an admin or a moderator. Possibly Panda, hes the best.

I don't believe you can by them anymore. It used to be $200 per day for Mw2 Lobby Forum sticky
