I have all of this done, for your cut case when using the uh forgot what it was called, make like a 1 inch thick of wood stencil for it. Not going to lie, those cuts are terrible but everything else is great. Also, you might want to tell your customers that if you install those LEDs for them, they can't take out their disc drive without ruining the leds because the leds stick to the sides of the xbox and it's a very tight fit.
