Yo i just got a sick modded controller from GAMESTOP!
its called the turbo fire 2.
It is completely costumizable. with 2 buttons you can create it to be what you like.
My costum layout is the first button which is rapidfire 7 speeds.
my second button is no recoil so the gun barely moves while shooting.
This controller is $40.00. I highly recommend it.

i got the same one but its feels to big lol so i only use it to boost halo 3 custom games ahha
