To make a long story short, I bought computer parts to build a new PC, and now I need the money I originally spent. I could get a refund for everything except the graphic card. Where would be the best place to sell?

Ebay, Craiglist, LetItGo, Etc. These are your best options.
You might be able to convince a pawnshop to take it, if you find one that wants PC parts.
It can also depend on what kind GPU you have. What is it?

eBay would be your best bet. I kept posting mine until the bids got past what I paid for it in the first place LMAO.
